For added protection, you may opt for our optional Shipping Protection service. If your order encounters delays, damage, or loss during delivery, rest assured that our insurance will cover your losses.
We provide two shipping methods for your choice:
  • Sea Shipping: Fixed rate $9.9 worldwide, more cost-effective with longer transit time
  • Air Shipping: Fixed rate $12.9 worldwide, faster delivery speed
Products are generally shipped from Chinese mainland.
  • Estimated sea shipping delivery time: 15–25 business days
  • Estimated air shipping delivery time: 10–15 business days
    Some items are available in regional warehouses, allowing for faster delivery to buyers.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return & exchange policy for all purchases.
If your item is damaged due to non-human factors within 30 days of delivery, you can apply for a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

All returned items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified and in original new condition.
Original packaging, boxes, parts, accessories and manuals must be complete and undamaged.
No obvious man-made damage, scratches, collision or private disassembly is allowed.
Return and exchange application must be submitted within 30 calendar days upon delivery.
Customers must provide order number, product photos and relevant proof when applying for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations

Items beyond the 30-day return period.
Assembled, used, damaged or incomplete products due to personal reasons.
Missing original packaging, parts or accessories.
Clearance, discounted and promotional final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Wrong model/style selected by the customer personally is not qualified for free return or exchange.

Important Notice

Return shipping fees must be borne by the buyer. Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns.
If there is no quality problem or item discrepancy with your order and you still request an exchange, you shall be responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
After we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, the delivery of the new replacement item will take 10–15 business days.
