At speedbrix.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging. If you decide to return an item, you must purchase a trackable return shipping label and provide the tracking information to speedbrix.com.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund. However, if the returned item is not new and unused, a restocking fee of up to 60% may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged or not as described, you must report it within 48 hours by emailing speedbrix.toy@gmail.com.

If the damage occurred during shipping, we offer full support, including a replacement part or a full refund. To process a claim, you must provide photos and any necessary information to resolve the issue.

Requesting a Refund
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before or after shipment, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect 13% sales tax on products shipped and sold in Ontario.

Shipping and Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter during checkout is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
